Every Concert Ever (everyconcertever.com) is a public archive of concerts, bands, and venues. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to [email protected].
What we collect
If you create an account: your email address, the display name you choose, and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
What you add: concerts you mark as attended, photos and flyers you upload, videos you link, notes, and corrections you suggest. Attendance, uploads, and your display name can appear on public pages, credited to your profile.
Automatically: like most websites, our servers and our hosting and security providers record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of your visit. We use this to run, secure, and improve the site.
Cookies
We use our own cookies to keep you signed in and to complete Google sign-in. These are necessary for the site to work.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google AdSense to show ads. These services set and read their own cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and device identifiers) in your browser.
Advertising
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet. Third parties may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons or IP addresses, to collect information as a result of ad serving on this site.

Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help run the site:
- DigitalOcean, which hosts the site, database, and uploaded files.
- Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site.
- Resend, which sends account emails.
- Google, for sign-in, analytics, and advertising.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
You can edit your profile at any time. To delete your account, or to ask for a copy or correction of your information, email [email protected]. Concert facts (dates, venues, lineups) are part of the public archive and may remain after an account is deleted, without your name attached.
Children
Every Concert Ever is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
